Product Overview

The filtration device mainly intercepts the fine solid impurities in the nickel sulfate solution to meet the technical requirements of the device. It has the following main functions:

①The filter adopts the filtration mode of two-use and one-standby.

②The filter device has on-line cleaning function, first pure water cleaning backwash, and then compressed air backwash.

③With regeneration function, the regeneration adoptshydrogen peroxide or dilute sulfuric acid for soaking and then rinsing torealize the regeneration of the filter element.

④With the function of monitoring pressure,temperature, flow rate and other data during operation.

⑤It has the function of continuous automaticoperation.

⑥Each filter can realize partitionedbackwashing, which is divided into 4 zones.

⑦AdoptingSiemens PLC control, with local control and remote control function.

Process requirements

①Automatic operation: open the operation program on PLC or DCS, andthe filtration system will start running automatically.

② online cleaning: can realize online automatic cleaning function,first pure water backwash, compressed air and then blow back, the working timecan be adjusted

③ Filter element regeneration: with filter element regenerationfunction, the filter element can be regenerated periodically. Regenerationfunction should include discharge, backwash, regeneration, blowback, backwash,discharge and other processes. The regeneration time and process sequence canbe adjusted according to the actual situation.

④ Haveone-key operation function.

Product composition

①Filter: intercepting fine particles, a total of 3 sets, with two forone; each filter is installed with 324 filter elements inside, totaling 972.

② Pneumatic ball valve: control the flow of pipeline, material 304lined F4.

③ Electromagnetic flowmeter: monitoring the instantaneous flow andtotal flow of inlet and outlet liquid and backwash.

④ Vortex flow meter: monitoring the instantaneous flow and total flowof backwash.

⑤ Gas storage tank for instrument: supplying gas for pneumatic ballvalve.

⑥ Gas storage tank for blowback: supplying gas for blowback process.

⑦Terminal box: terminal box for valvesand instruments on site, which can be operated on site.

⑧ Controlcabinet: the output line of the terminal box is connected to the controlcabinet and placed in the control room.

Process sequence

The process flow consists of the following steps.

①Normal filtration: during normal filtration, the filter adopts the working mode of 2-use and 1-standby, and the AB tank starts to run by default at the first time of operation, and the AB tank executes the process of "filtration".

② online cleaning: the standby tank first performs the "filtration" process, the backwash tank stops working and performs the "slag discharge" process, and then each zone performs the "backwash" and "blowback" processes respectively. Then each zone performs "backwash" and "blowback" process respectively.

Acid regeneration: Acid regeneration is mainly composed of slag draining, backwashing, blowing, soaking, acid draining and other procedures.

The standby tank first performs the "filtration" process → the regeneration tank stops working and performs the "slagging" process → each area performs the "backwashing" process → performs the "soaking" process → the "acid discharge" process. "Soak" process → "Backwash" and "Blowback" process for each zone → Regeneration completed, determine whether to put into use.
