Functional Characteristics
LZ-220 lubricating oil/fuel oil flowresistance test bench
1、Products are used to test the flow resistance of workpiece;
2、Products set up double-pump oil supply, to meet the oil flow5-220L/min flow coverage;
3、Products set up two-stage filtration, flow resistance measurement atthe same time can purify the oil;
4、The oil tank is set with heater, which can meet the flow resistancetest under different temperature of oil.
5、Products integrated radiator, oil temperature is too high can reducethe temperature of the oil;
6、Products integrated pressure sensor, temperature sensor,differential pressure sensor, flow meter and other sensors, real-time detectionof oil conditions and the measured parts of the flow resistance;
7, the product uses a touch screen control,all parameters can be operated on the touch screen.

1、Products used to test the workpiece pressure resistance performance;
2、Products set manual pressure pump, the highest pressure to 5MPa.
3、Products set pressure maintaining switch, when the pressure reachesthe required pressure, you can close the pressure maintaining switch tomaintain pressure;
4, the product integrates two ranges ofpressure gauge, respectively applicable to small pressure and large pressurevalue reading; when the need for large pressure reading, you can close thesmall pressure gauge valve, to prevent the pressure is too high resulting indamage to the small pressure gauge.
5、The liquid outlet adopts quick-insertion structure, which isconvenient for the interface connection of the test piece;
6、Pressure relief valve is set in the product, after the test piece isfinished, the pressure can be relieved safely.
